So whats the challenge? we are going to start out small for our first one. 25 workouts, that it!! The first one to complete them is the winner. The other one has to cook them a healthy meal. You can only do one workout a day, and sundays don't count so we can force a rest day!! We are excited and can't wait to see our bodies transform!!

This is Jamie. The other half of the shrinking sisters challenge!! She is excited for the challenge! She loves the feeling of working out, getting smaller, and feeling better about herself!! She likes doing Zumba and going running!!!
