So whats the challenge? we are going to start out small for our first one. 25 workouts, that it!! The first one to complete them is the winner. The other one has to cook them a healthy meal. You can only do one workout a day, and sundays don't count so we can force a rest day!! We are excited and can't wait to see our bodies transform!!

Day 2 Jamie
Jamie did a Zumba DVD today for her workout- isn't she cute? :) She says real classes are more fun because there's people around you urging you on! It more like a party when you do it in class, but in a bind the dvd is better then nothing!
