So whats the challenge? we are going to start out small for our first one. 25 workouts, that it!! The first one to complete them is the winner. The other one has to cook them a healthy meal. You can only do one workout a day, and sundays don't count so we can force a rest day!! We are excited and can't wait to see our bodies transform!!

Jamie Day 4
After a long 2 days with my oldest daughter, Jamie was exhausted and took a break with a short workout. 20 minutes is still better then nothing, good work Jamie!!
