2 sisters striving for better health and better bodies!! So whats the challenge? we are going to start out small for our first one. 25 workouts, that it!! The first one to complete them is the winner. The other one has to cook them a healthy meal. You can only do one workout a day, and sundays don't count so we can force a rest day!! We are excited and can't wait to see our bodies transform!!

Day 2 Lacie
Today I did body rock again. It was probably one of the hardest body rock workouts I have ever done. It was the I'm all yours workout. I was sweating so much and was breathing really hard. I have no problem doing the workouts, it is my eating that needs some help. Maybe that will be part of the next challenge. :)
