2 sisters striving for better health and better bodies!! So whats the challenge? we are going to start out small for our first one. 25 workouts, that it!! The first one to complete them is the winner. The other one has to cook them a healthy meal. You can only do one workout a day, and sundays don't count so we can force a rest day!! We are excited and can't wait to see our bodies transform!!

Whole30 challenge
Ok so Im starting a new personal challenge to try and get my food in control. I am a horrible horrible snacker and it is rarely on good stuff!! About 4 months ago I cut all drinks out but water and have stuck to it 99%. Every now and then when we arent at home I will take a sip of the girls soda if I dont have any water and Im dying, but other then that I am doing amazing. It is crazy how I used to want soda a and juice all the time and now it makes me sick to think of drinking it. I am really hoping my new challenge will help with the sweets part! So I found this thing on pinterest that is basically clean eating but its called the Whole30 challenge. Here is the low down..... YES foods: meat, eggs, veggies, some fruit, and nuts. NO foods: sugar, grains, legumes, PB, and dairy. It sounds dang hard to me but I am going to give it a good 100% shot!! Wish me luck, I hope it works! Its only 30 days right?!
