So whats the challenge? we are going to start out small for our first one. 25 workouts, that it!! The first one to complete them is the winner. The other one has to cook them a healthy meal. You can only do one workout a day, and sundays don't count so we can force a rest day!! We are excited and can't wait to see our bodies transform!!

Lacie Day 10
Lisa is a rock hard gorgeous instructor! She motivates me every day just by looking at her and wishing for her body:) that sounds a little creepy, but just keeping it real!! :) hahahahaha
